What this site is

Elk Hollow is a fictional design concept created by Pergola Performance to demonstrate an immersive resort-and-residences website. The property, the developer "Meridian West," the landmarks, the prices, and every figure shown are invented for the demonstration.

You're welcome to browse, share, and reference the demo.
The design, copy, and imagery belong to Pergola Performance; please don't republish them as your own work.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell real estate, a financial projection, or investment advice — there is nothing to buy.

How bookings would work in production

For a real resort, these terms would set out the booking contract: confirmed reservations form an agreement with the operator at the price shown at checkout; check-in and check-out times, occupancy limits, and house rules apply as published; and cancellations follow the refund policy.

We keep the demo's information internally consistent, and the concept labeling on every page is there so nothing here can be mistaken for a live offering.
