Refund Policy

This demo takes no bookings and no payments, so there is nothing to refund. The policy below shows how refunds would work in a production version of Elk Hollow, written the way we ship it for real hospitality clients.

Stays

• 48 hours to change your mind: any booking canceled within 48 hours of confirmation is refunded in full, whenever the stay is.
• 14 days or more before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
• 7–13 days before arrival: half the deposit refunded, or the full amount held as credit toward a future stay — your choice.
• Under 7 days: the deposit is held as credit toward a future stay within 12 months.
• Weather closures: if the gatehouse road closes and we cannot get you in, the stay is refunded in full, no questions.

Consultations

Consultations are free. If you book one and stop hearing from us, that's our fault — write and we'll fix it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation.
