Using this website
This website provides information about our services and a form to request a quote. Submitting the form starts a conversation — it does not create a binding agreement to perform work.
Quotes & estimates
Estimates are based on the information you provide and a site visit where needed. The work itself is governed by a separate written contract that defines scope, schedule, price, and payment terms before any work begins.
Scheduling & communication
We aim to follow up on quote requests promptly. Timelines shared during early conversations are planning estimates and are confirmed in your written contract.
Refund & deposit policy
For a real general contractor, deposits and refunds would be handled like this:
- Deposits secure your spot on the schedule and cover initial materials and design work.
- Before work begins: if you cancel before any materials are ordered or work has started, your deposit is refundable, less any design or permitting fees already incurred.
- After work begins: refunds are calculated against work completed and materials purchased, per the milestone schedule in your signed contract.
